We bought our home because of the <br />unique nature of the neighborhoodthat includes large, wooded lots that afford privacy and <br />tivabiliiythat isn't available in m�� other neighborhoodsin R�vi11e. We are very <br />disappointed that Art ClAueller wants to subdivide h is lot to i�a�de four homes where one <br />house exists now when the other homeowners on the road do not approve. The nature of <br />Acam Road belongs to ALL of us. <br />We cannot understand why our neighborhood can't remain unique with the large, wooded <br />lots with one house per lot, providing the opportunity for lots of wildlife, many t�eas, I i i e <br />traffic, and many walkers who enjoy the nature and beauty of the road like we do. <br />Roseville should include neighborhoods of different densities of homes as originally <br />designed years ago. Why st�vuk� one pe+^�or� be able to bu ild four houses on one �n� for h is <br />own financial gain when n�ighbc�rs bought their homes to avoid neighbors living within <br />close proximity of each other and do not want lots subdivided to change the density and <br />beauty of the road? <br />i.-� <br />This item will come before the City Council for approval or disapprovalon November 13. <br />Please visit Acom Road before vou dec3de to vote to allowthe additional houses on Mr. <br />Mue�1�r's lot. I hope the nine wil� turkeys that wander the yards on Acom Road every day <br />greet you. You will understand and appreciate why we warrt to preserve the wooded lots <br />and low density housing as it is now.
