Section 3. 1[10$.�OD2€��Os hereby amended to read as follows: <br />An erosion and sedimentation control plan that meets the requirements described in Chapter 1017: Erosion and <br />Sedimentation Control Ordinance. <br />Section 4. 1010.15A is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />All site plans, grading and utility plans, landscape plans, erosion and sedimentationcontrol plans, building plans and <br />surveys shall be prepared for review by the city staff and shall be prepared by the appropriate professionalpersonnel <br />as licensed by the state and landscape architects or others as approved by the community developmentdirector. <br />Section 5. � 012.06E is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Waterways: Where application is made for a buildingpermit, and subsequentinvestigation shows that the property <br />to be occupied by said building is adjacent to a portion of a public road or street containing a drainage culvert, catch <br />basin, sewer, special ditch or any other artificial drainage structure used for the purpose of draining said property or <br />neighboring property, the applicant shall meet the erosion and sedimentation control plan requirements as listed in <br />Chapter 1017: Erosionand SedimentationControl Ordinance. <br />Section 6. 1016.17F is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Steep Slopes, Visibilityand Erosion: The Public Works and CommunityDevelopment Directors shall evaluate <br />possible soil erosion impacts and development visibility from public waters prior to issuance of a permit for <br />constructionofroads, driveways, structures, or other improvementson steep slopes. An erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan shall he prepared as required by Chapter 1017: Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance. When <br />necessary, conditions shall be attached to the permit to preserve existing vegetation, screening of structures, <br />vehicles, and other facilities as viewed from the surface of public waters, assuming summer, leaf-on vegetation. <br />Section 7. �016.17� is hereb� amended to read as follows: <br />Public and private roads and parking areas shall be designed to utilize natural vegetation and topography to achieve <br />maximum screening from view of public waters. The Public Works Director shall review all roads and parking areas <br />to ensure they are designed and constructed to minimize and control erosion, consistent with Chapter 1017: Erosion <br />and Sedimentation Control Ordinance. <br />Section 8. 1015.24G4a is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Designed, and the construction managed, to minimize the likelihood of erosion occurring either during or after <br />construction. This shall he accomplished by meeting the erosion and sedimentationcontrol requirements as listed in <br />Chapter 1017: Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance.; and <br />Section 9. 1016.255 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Applications For Permits, Additional Information: All applications for permits for grading and filling activities or <br />land disturbances within the overlay districtresulting in more than 10,000 square feet of exposed soil shall be <br />accompanied by plans, specifications, and completion schedules in conformance with Chapter 1017: Erosion and <br />Sedimentation Control Ordinance . <br />Section 10. 1016.25C1 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />That the permittee is responsible for the cleanup and any damages resulting from soil eroded from the building site <br />onto public streets, into thestorm sewer system and onto any adjoining private property as required in Chapter 1017: <br />Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance; and <br />Section 11. �01b.25C2 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />That the permittee shall install and maintain erosion control as required in Chapter 1017: Erosion and Sedimentation <br />Control Ordinance. <br />
