Date: 11/13/06 <br />Item: 2.a <br />Minutes of � 0123106 <br />City of <br />���� � <br />��� <br />h�lEaocsula. ��4A <br />City Council Meeting <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />DRAFT—Minutes—DRA F T <br />Monday, October 23,2006 <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular <br />meeting at 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Kough; Maschka; Ihlan; Pust and Mayor <br />Klausing. City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Mayor Klausing advised that the City Council would open the <br />regular City Council meeting; then at some point near the <br />beginning of the meeting, would recess and reconvene into closed <br />Executive Session to receive a report and update from counsel on <br />pending litigation related to Twin Lakes. Mayor Klausing <br />anticipated that the Executive Session would be approximately %z <br />hour in duration. <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br />Several items were removed from the Consent Agenda, as will be <br />referenced later during the agenda. <br />Councilmember Kough requested that Item 15.a entitled, <br />"Request of Councilmember Kough: Discussion of Travel Policy <br />for Elected Officials," be revised to include Discussion of Travel <br />Policy for City Staff, as well as Elected Officials. <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any City Issues. <br />
