City Council Regular Meeting-10/23/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes ' Page 3 <br />2006; and the percentage of Council meetings adjourning <br />after bedtime from 2003 — 2006; and comparisons during <br />his tenure as mayor and current leadership. <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn also addressed his opposition to renewing <br />membership in the Association of Metropolitan <br />Municipalities (AMM), the expenditure of taxpayers <br />monies, and lack of attendance at the AMM meetings in the <br />past. <br />S.d Presentation of Metropolitan Council Environmental <br />Remediation Grant for Twin Lakes <br />Metropolitan Council representative, Ms. Kris Sanda, <br />presented the City of Roseville with award of a Livable <br />Community Tax Grant Revitalization Grant in the amount <br />of $350,000 for soil remediation on 20 acres of a much <br />larger site, for future use for housing development. <br />Ms. Sanda congratulated the City for submission of an <br />application for an excellent project; and enthusiastically <br />presented the award to Mayor Klausing. <br />Mayor Klausing, on behalf of the City Council, citizens and <br />staff, accepted the award; and acknowledged the work <br />performed by staff in preparing and submitting the <br />application. <br />2.
