City Council Regular Meeting-11/13/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes ' Page 6 <br />Interim City Manager Chris Miller advised that there was no <br />lease payment; however, the Metropolitan Council paid a <br />percentage of the maintenance of the site, bringing those <br />funds into the General Fund. <br />Councilmember Kough questioned if Parks and Recreation <br />Director Lonnie Brokke had approved the agreement. <br />Mr. Miller advised that both Mr. Brokke and Public Works <br />Director Duane Schwartz had been in discussions with and <br />actually negotiated the agreement on behalf of the City with <br />the Metropolitan Council. <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, approval of an Agreement <br />between the Metropolitan Council and the City of Roseville <br />for a 50 space Park and Ride Facility at the Skating Center, <br />subj ect to final staff and City Attorney review. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.g Acceptance of Public Improvement Construction in <br />Association with Applewood Point <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, adoption of Resolution No. <br />10447 entitled, "Final Acceptance and Maintenance for <br />Public Improvements Constructed for Applewood Pointe;" <br />accepting the improvements constructed in association with <br />the plat and starting a one-year warranty period. <br />Roll C all <br />Ayes: Pust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />4.
