City Council Regular Meeting —11/13/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes ' Page 5 <br />license was not being used, and the City Council were <br />hoping to free one of the limited ten off-sale licenses. Mr. <br />Anderson advised that he would review State Statute and <br />have additional information for the Council prior to their <br />November 27, 2006 meeting and Public Hearing related to <br />the license renewals. <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, establishing a Public Hearing <br />on Monday, November 27, 2006, for the renewal of liquor <br />licenses for calendar year, 2007, as detailed on the list dated <br />November 13, 2006; attached hereto and made a part <br />thereof. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.d Approve the Acceptance of Department of Justice Acceptanceof <br />Bulletproof Vest Partnership (BVP) Funds Department of <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, authorizing the Roseville Justice BVP Funds <br />Police Department to accept BVP funding. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.e Approve a Monument Sign at Central Park Elementary <br />School, 1251 County Road B-2 <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, approval of the monument <br />sign requested by Roseville Area Schools, District 623, for <br />Central Park Elementary School, 1251 County Road B-2, to <br />be fabricated and installed by Lawrence Signs. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.f Approve a Temporary Agreement with Metro Transit <br />for a Park � Ride Facility at the Skating Center <br />Councilmember Pust questioned if there was a lease <br />payment from the Metropolitan Council for the use of the <br />City's lot for a Park and Ride facility. <br />Monument Sign at <br />Central Park <br />Elementary School, <br />1251 County Road <br />B -2 <br />Temporary <br />Agreement with <br />Metro Transit for a <br />Park & Ride <br />Facility at the <br />
