EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE = <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 27" day of November, 2006, at 6:Q0 <br />p.�. <br />The following n�embers were present: ���an, Pust, Maschka, Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT I N ACCORDANCE <br />WITH �1Qp5.01S AND �1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR CUMMINGS MOBILITY,1755 COUNTY ROAD C(PF3767). <br />WHEREAS, Cummings Mobility has requested a CONDITIUONAL USE PERMIT to <br />establish a motor vehicle dealer at 1755 County Road C in accordance with $1005.015 and <br />,� 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the subj ect property is legally described as: <br />REQUIRES LEGAL <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, <br />which is as follows: <br />a. Impact on traffic <br />b. rmpacts on park, streets and other public facilit�ies <br />c. Compatibility o�the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and structure with <br />contiguous properties <br />d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties <br />e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfa�e <br />f. Compatibility with the Cily's Comprehensive Plan <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Cummings Mobility request on July 12,2006, recommending (4-1) approval of the <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow the establishment of a motor vehicle dealer, subject to <br />conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Variance Board held a public hearing on October 4,2006, to <br />consider a VARIANCE to the front yard parking lot setback on the subject property, which <br />VARIANCE was approved (3-0), subject to conditions; <br />� <br />
