Reconsider a Minor Subdivision for 150 Woodlyn <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke reviewed the Sia�ne request for <br />approval of a Minor Subdivision, consistent with City Code, <br />Section 1104.Q4E (Three Parcel Minor Subdivision) to divide <br />their current .67 acre parcel into two parcels — one to include the <br />existing home and the other a vacant developable single-family <br />residential parcel. Staff recommended approval of the request. <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, tabling action on this request; <br />and authorizing staff to provide written extension of the 60-day <br />review period for this land use case. <br />Mayor Klausing sought rationale from Councilmember Maschka <br />for his proposed action. <br />Councilmember Maschka advised that, as previously discussed by <br />Councilmembers, he intended to pursue similar action for another <br />case on tonight's agenda, with further intent to place a <br />moratorium on residential lot splits for a thorough review by staff, <br />the City Attorney, and the City Council. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Maschka and Ihlan. <br />Nays: Pust and Klausing. <br />Motion carried. <br />Reconsider <br />Minor Subdiv�sion <br />150 Woodlyn <br />
