City Council Regular Meeting —11/13/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 14 <br />Councilmember Pust offered her support; opining that the item <br />should be placed as a line item for awareness for future budget <br />evaluation. <br />Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, authorizing the preparation <br />and distribution of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to redesign the <br />City's w�bsite; with funding to come from Cable Franchise Fund <br />reserves. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Staff was advised that their ceiling would be $20,000; however, <br />this stipulation was not made a part of the motion. <br />13. Consider Setting the 2007 Meeting Calendar 2007 Meeting <br />Interim City Manager Chris Miller reviewed the proposed 2007 Calendar <br />meeting calendar, noting exceptions to the regular meeting <br />schedule due to holidays, and other conflicting events. <br />Mr. Miller noted that the regular Council meetings were <br />scheduled on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, and <br />Council Study Sessions on the third Monday of each month, <br />except for the following known exceptions: <br />January 15,2007 Martin Luther King Jr. Day (which will require the <br />use of the �`i Monda as a Re lar Meetin da <br />Februa 19 President's Da Stud Session will be cancelled <br />June 25 Rosefest Parade Re lar Meetin will be cancelled <br />December 3 Truth in Taxation Hearing (set by State Statute — 15t <br />Monda in December <br />Mayor Klausing sought comment from Councilmember-elect Dan <br />Roe, who was in attendance; with no comment offered by Mr. <br />Roe. <br />Kough moved, Pust seconded, approval of the 2007 Meeting <br />Calendar. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />
