City of <br />�� <br />��i�nc�w�, ��t+� <br />City Council Study Session <br />DRAFT—Minutes—DRAFT <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambe�s <br />Monday, November 20,2006 <br />Date: 12/04/06 <br />Item: 2.a <br />Minutes of <br />November 20,2006 <br />���r Roii ���� �o�i <br />Mayor Klausing called the Study Session of the Roseville City Council 6:00 p.m. <br />to order at approximately 6:4� p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers <br />on the above date and welcomed everyone. <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />CouncilmembersPust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan; and Mayor Klausing. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on tonight's <br />Agenda. <br />Councilmember Ihlan suggested that the Twin Lakes-related items be <br />consolidated with discussion of the draft Twin Lakes AUAR Update. <br />Councilmember Maschka suggested that the Central Park request be <br />moved immediately before the Twin Lakes discussion (Item #5) to <br />accommodate Mr. Johnson's time, and then consider Twin Lakes items <br />as Item #6. <br />Council consensus concurred and the agenda was so amended. <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br />A. Bryan Olson, City of Roseville Employee <br />Mr. Olson addressed the ongoing audio problems with the <br />televised meetings over the last several months and the <br />microphone feedback being experienced.
