EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the ��' day of December, 2006 at 6:0(� p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD FOR PF3795, BRIAN ASH, 2550 SNELLING CURVE WHEREAS, an application by Brian Ash for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT was submitted and determined complete on October 20,2006; and WHEREAS, said request by Brian Ash has a 60-day review deadline of December 19, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Planner and Community Development Director have determined that it is in the best interest of the applicant and the City to extend the review deadline an additional 60-days from December 19 to February 17,2007 in order to achieve stated City Council review date of January 8,2007. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Brian Ash {PF273S) is hereby EXTENDED. It is understood final City Council action on these issues may be talcen at any time prior to the end of the extension date. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor: n and the following voted against: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
