EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF �OS�"'�I�.LE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 18" day of December, 2006, at 6:OE} p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT I N ACCORDANCE WITH s1005.015 AND �10�.U1 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CUMMINGS MOBILITY,1755 COUNTY ROAD C(PF37G7). WHEREAS, Cummings Mobility has requested a CONDITIUONAL USE PERMIT to establish a motor vehicle dealer at 1755 County Road C in accordance with $1005.015 and �1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, the subject properiy is legally described as: REQUIRES LEGAL WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteriafor reviewing conditional use permits, whichis as follows: a Ifnpact on iYaffic b. Cofnpatibilitywith the City's Cofnp�ehensive Plan WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the Cc�mmings Mobility request on July 12,2006, recommending (4-1) approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow the establishment of a motor vehicle dealer, subj ect to conditions; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Variance Board held a public hearing on October 4,2006, to consider a VARIANCE to the front yard parking lot setback on the subj ect properiy, which VARIANCE was approved(3-Q}, subject to conditions;
