5. Post-Trainin� Condition of the Tom Bi�,s Premises. At the conclusion of the <br />Training Exercises, the interior and exterior condition of the home shall be the sole <br />responsibility of Tom Biggs. <br />6. Tom Bi��s Ri�ht to Terminate. Tom Biggs may terminate this Agreement at <br />any time at his sole discretion by notifying the Roseville Fire Department, located at 2660 <br />Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN in writing.
