EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of ihe City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 18th of December 2006, at 6:00 o'clocic p.m. The following members were present: and and the following were absent: None. Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION REVISING THE TOTAL LENGTH OF S. b�J'ASSO BLVD, A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET, BETWEEN FARRINGTON AVEN UE AND MARION STREET WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is the owner of property east of Farrington Avenue and west of Marion Street; AND WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council passed Resolution 9287 on AprilBt%, 1996, which dedicated S. Owasso Boulevard as a MSA Highway; AND WHEREAS, as a part of the S. Owassa Boulevard Reconstruction Project, the street was realigned between Farrington Avenue and Marion Street, the old alignment of S. awassa Boulevard is no longer going to be used as a"public roadway", what follows is the old alignment description: A 60 FOOT CENTERLINE FOLLOWS: PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR ROADS AND UTILITIES, THE OF SAID PERPETUAL EASEMENT BE1NG DESCRIBED AS Commencing at the NW corner of the SW '/� of the NE :•: of Section l, T29, �t23, Itamsey County; thence easterly along the said `/4'/4 line a distance of 576.54 feet to point of beginning; thence continuing on said line a distance of 922.50 feet to point of t�rmination. AND WHEREAS, the new alignment of �. Qwassa Boulevard changes our MSA mileage for this street segment from 0.175 to 0.181 miles; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Roseville that the conditions of Resolution No. 9287 designating the old S. Owassa Boulevard alignment as a Public Roadway are being amended by this resolution;
