NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Roseville that the <br />new alignment of S. Owassa Boulevard be hereby formally dedicated as a public roadway, sixty <br />feet in width along the following centerline description: <br />A 60 FOOT <br />CENTERLINE <br />FOLLOWS: <br />PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR ROADS AND UTILITIES, TI-�E <br />OF SAID PERPETUAL EASEMENT BEING DESCRIBED AS <br />Commencing at the NW comer of the SW '/¢ of the NE �/a of Section 1, T29, R23, <br />�amsey County; thence easterly along said'/a '/� line a distance of 576.54 feet to point of <br />beginning; thence continuing on said '/4 i�4 line a distance of 203.89 feet; thence on a <br />curve to the right with a central angle of 31° 54' 40", radius of 304.00 feet for an arc <br />length of 16931 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence on a curve to the left with a <br />central angle of 63° 49' 21", radius of 304.00 feet for an arc length of 338.63 feet to a <br />point of reverse curve; thence on a curve to the right with a central angle of 31° 54' 40", <br />radius of 304.00 feet for an arc length of 16931 feet to a point on the �/� z/4 line, thence <br />easterly along said line a distance of 75.88 feet to point of termination. <br />The motion was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted 'm <br />favor thereof: and the following voted against: . <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
