At <br />the meeting the City Council imposed a 60-day extension to the original review deadline <br />of November 5 to January 4,2007. <br />The Planning Staff has had recent contact with Mr. McDaniel about his inability to be <br />present at the December 18,2006, City Council meeting due to a work conflict. Hence <br />Mr. McDaniel has submitted a letter formally requesting an additional 60-day extension <br />from January 4,2007 to March 5,2007. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING an additional 60-day extension of �'�'�78'i, <br />Thomas McDaniel, 527 Owassa Hills Drive. <br />�F���7_��'�}�_�4�£���a�i�r_� � �$���� Page 1 of 1 <br />
