EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due ca.11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the Cit� <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 18 <br />day of December, 2006 at 6:0� p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD <br />FOR PF378"7, THOMAS MCDANIEL, 527 OWASSQ HILLS DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council on October 23,2006 extended the required 60-day review <br />deadline for Mr. McDaniel's VARIANCE request by an additiona160 days, from November 5, <br />2006 to January 4,2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division received a letter from Mr. McDaniel seeking a further <br />extension the 60-day review deadline due to a wark conflict with the December 18 City Council <br />meeting date; <br />WHEREAS, Mr. McDaniel is seek to extend the review deadline from January 4,2007 <br />to March 5,2007; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the <br />time line for agency review of the application of Thomas McDaniel (PF37$7) is hereby <br />EXTENDED. It is understood final City Council action on these issues may be taken at any time <br />prior to the end of the extension date. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutionwas duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: n <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
