<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N ~ ;;J.-1 ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Stuber and Anna Stuber, husband and wife, <br /> <br />and Herman Stuber (also known as Hermann Stuber) and Elsie <br /> <br />Stuber, husband and wife, and Ernest Stuber and Lucille Stuber, <br /> <br />husband and wife, have requested permission of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville to install and maintain underground water and sewer <br /> <br />pipes in one certain street to be known as Stuber Court, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of Roseville that <br /> <br />the above-named parties be granted the right and permission to <br /> <br />install xmck~water and sewer pipes in said street from <br /> <br />Dale Street westward to the termination of said Stuber Court <br /> <br />connecting to the presently existing sewer and water line <br /> <br />located in said Dale Street. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that permission is also given <br /> <br />to said parties to attach lateral sewer and water pipe lines <br /> <br />and connections for the purpose of furnishing water and sewer <br /> <br />facilities to the lots to be located in Rearrangement of <br /> <br />Block 2 and part of Block 3 of Stuber Addition, and, also, <br /> <br />to any fire hydrant that may be installed. <br /> <br />That the said parties agree that in any case where the <br />_ yva ter <br />said/pipe lines interfere with any necessary public use or <br /> <br />improvement, they, or their assignees, or whoever is operating <br />
