<br />or maintaining said pipe lines, will adjust the location of <br />water <br />the(pipe lines to conform to and permit such other use or <br /> <br />improvements. <br /> <br />That each of the above named persons, or any contractor <br /> <br />proceeding at their instance and request, agree that they will <br /> <br />save and keep the Village of Roseville harmless from any and <br /> <br />all claims for damages arising out of the installation, operation, <br /> <br />maintenance or repair of said pipe lines at any time in the <br /> <br />future and the said parties named herein, or any other individual <br /> <br />or municipality that may hereafter so maintain or repair or <br /> <br />operate, shall do so subject to the specific obligation to save <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville harmless for any liability on its part <br /> <br />for any claim, or claims, that may arise, including the cost of <br /> <br />defending the same. <br /> <br />That any installation, n~intenance or repair of said <br /> <br />pipe lines shall be subject to the obligation of the above-named <br /> <br />parties or anyone else so installing, maintaining, or repairing <br /> <br />to pay the cost and expense or to reimburse the Village for the <br /> <br />cost and expense of repairing any damage done to the Village <br /> <br />street or right-or-way. <br /> <br />To effectuate the foregoing obligations, the designated <br /> <br />persons, or their contractor, or representative, shall carry <br /> <br />liability insurance in the amount of $IOO,OOO.OO for injury to <br /> <br />any person and $200,000.00 for more than one person arising out <br /> <br />of a single accident or occurrence. <br />
