<br />number, said pipes or system, or any portion of the same, may <br /> <br />be repaired by the Village of Roseville and the cost thereof, <br /> <br />together with the cost of replacing the street to the extent <br /> <br />made necessary by such work, may be assessed against the <br /> <br />adjoining land owners or charge may be made therefor in such <br /> <br />other way as the Council may determine as a condition to the <br /> <br />correction or repair of said pipes. <br /> <br />That upon completion of the said sewer pipe installation, <br /> <br />together with all appurtenances, if the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />satisfied that the same has been installed properly, both as to <br /> <br />materials and methods of installation, the said Village will <br /> <br />accept from the aforementioned persons the said sewer system for <br /> <br />perpetual maintenance without any assessment against any properties <br /> <br />for original installation and without any cost of any kind to the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville.
