<br />That at any time after initial installation where any <br />water <br />repair or other work is to be done upon said/pipes or system, <br /> <br />bond will be first provided to the Village of Roseville so <br /> <br />conditioned as to repair, replace or restore any part of the <br /> <br />Village street which might be damaged or which it may be <br /> <br />necessary to dig into for the purpose of maintaining, replacing, <br /> <br />or repairing and that said bond shall be in the amount of <br /> <br />$I,OOO.OO. <br /> <br />That all of said pipe lines shall be laid under the <br /> <br />supervision of the Village Engineer and subject to any conditions <br /> <br />or regulations that he or the Village may deem necessary for the <br /> <br />protection of said Village streets. <br /> <br />Nothing herein shall be construed as a relinquishment <br /> <br />of the rights of the Village of Roseville of its police power <br /> <br />and its power to make all regulations which might be necessary <br /> <br />to secure the safety, welfare and accomodation of the public, <br /> <br />nor its right of eminent domain, as provided by statute. <br /> <br />That before any work is done, a permit shall be obtained <br /> <br />from the Village of Roseville for each connection to any <br /> <br />residence or other property and that the license fee for each <br />. ,%' j <br />permit shall be in the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) 1.','- W?t ~t/ 1""/4#0 ~ <br />.:>ewe-,;~ <br /> <br />That the designated parties shall file with the Clerk of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville a plat showing all existing sewer or <br /> <br />water pipe installations.
