The focus of this project was to provide training for non- <br />union employees as to their roles in establishing expectation for performance. The project also consisted of the <br />supervision and training on: <br />. Holding evaluation sessions <br />. Negotiating expectations <br />. Monitoring success and challenges <br />The final contribution to the city was the assistance with the modification of the performance evaluation tool. <br />City of Brooklyn Park <br />The City of Brooklyn Park is conducting an Organization Assessment and Restructure to determine if the <br />current organization design is functionally appropriate and operating efficiently and effectively when aligned <br />with the Mission, Vision, and action plan of the City. It is anticipated that some kind of transformational <br />change will take place as a result of organizing around the new Mission and Vision established during a <br />strategic planning session. Organization transformation implies radical changes in how members perceive, <br />think, and behave at work.
