Approve Minutes of June 9, 2009 <br />18 <br />19 Corrections: <br />20 Page 4, line 35 (Grefenberg) <br />21 Correct to read: <br />22 "Member Grefenberg withdrew his motion and volunteered to assist Member Yates." <br />23 <br />24 Page 5, lines 33 - 35 (Oftelie) <br />25 Include identification of Chair Singleton and Members Grefenberg and Oftelie as <br />26 volunteering to participate in the annual Rose Parade. <br />27 <br />28 Member Yates moved, seconded by Member Oftelie, to approve the HRC meeting <br />29 minutes of June 9, 2009 as amended. Motion carried: 6!0!1 (Kennedy) <br />30 <br />31 IL Community Forum Planning <br />32 Member McKenzie and Ms. Curti provided. an update on plans for the Community <br />33 Forum, on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. <br />34 <br />35 Their report included information on catering services and cost estimates and menus, <br />36 with plans to lower food costs by offering a light meal followed by the forum; inability to <br />37 contact MountainTop Institute (possibly no longer in business) and Member Oftelie <br />38 preparing a similar graphics for the event, crediting them for the "iceberg" model; <br />39 clarification by Member Kennedy on use of copyright material not used for profit; and <br />40 preparation of an application by Member McKenzie on a grant through the Community <br />41 Fund to assist in paying Victoria Amaris to facilitate the meeting. <br />42 <br />43 Further discussion included next steps (i.e., submission by HRC members of suggested <br />44 questions for the discussion group); additional meeting(s) of the HRC Planning <br />45 Committee; coordination with Mr. Jan Vanderwall representing both the Roseville Area <br />
