. The AUAR traffic studies were based on a`�vorst case" scenario that assumed <br />both a hospital and a big box retail development in the Twin Lakes area. No <br />"worst case"scenario has been proposed or analyzed for the Rottlund <br />development. <br />• The AUAR assumed that Twin Lakes Parkway will connect diiecdy to Snelling <br />Avenue on the east. <br />AUAR Miti�ation Plan <br />e <br />• Langton Lake and Park should be buffered; stormwater runoff should be <br />limited; green space and native vegetation should be used throughout the <br />new development. <br />.
