He also asked about a construction <br />timetable. Mayor Klausing referenced page 2 of the Staff <br />Report. <br />Councilmember Ihlan asked about financial assistance. Mr. <br />Noonan indicated Rottlund still plans to seek financial <br />assistance. <br />Councilmember Ihlan asked if it were definite that Costco would <br />be part of the Twin Lakes redevelopment. Mr. Noonan indicated <br />there was no contract with Costco. John Johannson of Welsh <br />updated the Council about the status of their discussions with <br />Costco. <br />A1 Sands discussed potential park dedication options. <br />Councilmember Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, to continue <br />this case to January 10, 2005. <br />Roll Call (to continue to O1/10/OS) <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Maschka and Kough. <br />Nays: Klausing and Schroeder. <br />Discussion of Purchasing Cards and the City's Check <br />Register <br />Councilmember Kough moved, Ihlan seconded, to limit the <br />number of purchasing cards to 40 City employees. <br />Tam McGehee, Roseville resident <br />Ms. McGehee questioned how the purchasing card system <br />worked and suggested one card per department. <br />John Kysylyczyn, 3083 Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn asked about the reasoning for different <br />maximum amounts and about part-time employees with cards. <br />Discussion of <br />Purchasing Cards <br />and the City's <br />Check Register <br />
