�� �J � } �� <br />• Roseville City Council <br />2002-2003 Standing Rules and Procedures <br />�-- � (Tentative O1/03/02) <br />Re��ised 4/22/02 & 07/15/02 <br />Rule 1— Adoption and Amendment of Rules <br />These rules shall be in effect far the 2002-2003 biennium. Any proposed amendments to the <br />rules shall be made in writing and adopted by resolution of the City Council. Thcse rules maybe <br />suspended by a simple majority of the-full council. <br />Rule 2 — Meeting <br />Meetings of the City Council shall be held at City Hall. Wark sessions will bcgin at <br />�:3�pn3, with regular meetings held at 7:OOpm. Appropriate notice and agenda intonnation sh�ll bc <br />posted on the City Hall bulietin board, Web site, and govcrnmcnt access cable television. <br />The City Manager will be responsibic far notifying all Council members and the public of <br />special meetings called pursuant to state law. <br />Regular meetings of the Council shall be broadcast live on government access cable TV <br />barring technical difficulties where delayed broadcast may substitute.
