Proceeds of the Bonds m the <br />approximate amount of $6,8(�,�0 will <br />be used (i) to finance the acquisition. <br />construction, improvementand equipping <br />of 50 independent living units at Heritage <br />Place of Roseville, located at 563 County <br />Road B West in the City (the "ProjecY'). <br />(ii) to establish a reserve fund, and (iii) to <br />pay certain costs of issuing the Bonds. <br />The Project will be managed by The <br />Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan <br />Society (the °BoROwe�'), and will be <br />owned by Good Samaritan Heritage <br />Communities. LLC. <br />The Bonds, when issued, will be limited <br />obligations of the Colorado Health <br />Facilities Authority (the "Authority") and <br />will not constitule a general obligation or <br />indebtedness of the Authority, the State <br />of Minnesota or any political subdivision <br />thereof, including the City, nor will they be <br />payable in any amount by tauation, but <br />the Bonds will be payable solely and only <br />from amounts received from the <br />Borrower named above under a Loan <br />Agreement,the obligationof which will be <br />sufficient to pay the principal of, interest <br />and redemption premium, iF any, on the <br />Bonds as and vvYien they shall become <br />due. <br />At the time and place fixed for the <br />hearing, all individuals vvYio appearwill be <br />given an opportunity to express their <br />views for or against the proposal to issue <br />the Bonds for the purpose of financing <br />the Project, and all written comments <br />previouslyfiled with the City at its offices <br />at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville. <br />Minnesota 55113. will be considered.
