Early in January, the City <br />of Roseville will select our legal newspaper for 2005 from information provided from local <br />newspapers on the enclosed form. This year we are asking newspapers to provide costs for 2005 <br />and 2006. Pending Council approval, if the City is satisfied with the service provided in 2005, <br />we will continue with the same legal newspaper in 2006. <br />If you are interested in providing this service, please submit the enclosed "legal newspaper <br />information sheet" to me no later than noon, Wednesday, December 15,2004.
