C�ty of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE # 1306 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPPERTY AT 474 <br />COUNTY ROAD C FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH AN ZTNDERLYING ZONING OF R- <br />1 SINGLE FAMiLY RESIDENCE DISTRICT, R-2 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT & POS PARK AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT. <br />'I'lae City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 10Q8 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3417, the <br />following property, generally located at 474 County Road C, City of Roseville, is hereby <br />rezoned as follows: <br />�'��� property at 474 County Road C being legully described us: Lot 7, Block 1, <br />Nature View is hereby rezoned from R-1, Single Family Residence District to a <br />Planned Unit Development with underlying zoning of R-1 Single Family <br />Residence District <br />The property at 474 County Road C being legally described us: Lots 1 through 6, <br />a�ed Lot 8, Block I, Nature View are hereby rezoned from R-1 Single Family <br />Residence District to Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning of R- <br />2, Two Family Residence District. <br />The property at 474 County Road C being legally described as: Outlot "A'; <br />Nature View is hereby rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence District to <br />Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning of POS, Park and Open <br />Space District. <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # 1306. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted far these properties shall be in addition to <br />all other applicable zoning requirements. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat Nature View with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4.
