City of Roseville <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Manager of the City of Roseville, <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, 55113, in the city hall until: <br />10:00 A.M., Monday, March 15,2004 <br />At which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the purchase of: <br />100 Tons Bituminous Mixture MHD Spec. 2331.514 type, 32B base <br />750 Tons Bituminous Mixture MHD Spec. 2331 S08 type, 41A wear <br />200 Tons Bituminous Mixture MHD Spec. 2331 S08 type, 4� B wear <br />65,000 Gallons CRS-2 Cationic Emulsified Asphalt MnDot 2356 <br />500 Tons Class #5, 100% crushed quarry limestone, MnDot #3138 <br />1,500 Tons FA-2 Aggregate, Class A, MnDot #3127 <br />Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check, or cash deposit in an amount equal to <br />at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the city in the event the <br />successful bidder fails to enter into a contract with the city. <br />Copies of the specifications may be obtained from the office of the City Manager, City of Roseville, 2660 <br />Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, 551 13, together with the approved form for submitting bids. <br />The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to waive irregularities and informalities <br />thereon and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the city. <br />
