Outdoor Promotions, Inc has offices in Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, with our corporate office in Fort Collins, Colorado where we also have transit shelters. We have over 1,400 shelters in service, all with trash receptacles throughout 36 different cities. We thoroughly understand the magnitude of providing and servicing transit shelters on a much higher level of service then Transtop has provided in the past. We have a sales staff in each office who keeps our shelter panels rented through a strong connection with the local businesses. We also have designated staff who calls on advertising agencies from around the country who market products and companies to our nation. Our annual sales efforts produce four time's higher revenue then Transtop, which I make note of this only to give you the confidence that OPI is very capable of expanding into the Twin Cities market starting with smaller cities. We are excited about the prospects of adding the City of Roseville to the many cities we serve and we look forward to the opportunity. Our local office is scheduled to open next month with staff hired from within the area so we will be prepared to begin the upfront wark required before installation. In order to further demonstrate our commitment to the City of Roseville, I stated in a letter to the Director of Public Works dated September 21,2004 that I would increase our revenue share with the City from 8% to 10% after the fifth year of our agreement. I remain committed to this increase and to bring the best possible program to the City of Roseville. I appreciate Council's consideration and I look forward to meeting again.
