At the December 6 City Council meeting, the Council passed an ordinance <br />and resolution limiting Commissioners to two consecutive, three-year terms and requiring <br />Commissioners to reapply to be considered for reappointment to a second term. <br />The following City Commissioners' terms expire 3/31/O5: <br />Human Ri�hts Commission <br />� Karen Vnuk — eligible for reappointment (not reapplying) <br />Larry Voeller — eligible for reappointment (not reapplying) <br />Parks and Recreation Commission <br />Scott Higbee — not eligible for reappointment <br />A1 Sands — eligible for reappointment (not reapplying) <br />Plannin�: Commission <br />Jim Mulder — not eligible for reappointment <br />Police Civil Service Commission <br />Richard Houck — eligible for reappointment (reapplying) <br />Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission <br />Joe Rossini — eligible for reappointment (not reapplying) <br />Doug Will�e — eligible for reappointment (reapplying) <br />On December 30, the City received a letter of resignation from Police Civil Service <br />Commissioner James Yost. On January 11, Howard Wagner informed the Human <br />Rights Commission that he was resigning, effective immediately. <br />
