Approval of the Final Development Site Plan for the Planned Unit Development <br />and Planned Unit Development Agreement, which plans and document stipulate <br />the terms and conditions under which Greenhouse Village must be developed. <br />�.4 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />�. I ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />AMENDMENT from Low Density (LR) to High Density Residential (HR) for the <br />property at 1017 Larpenteur Avenue, and from Business (B) to High Density Residential <br />(HR) for the property at 1021 Larpenteur Avenue, contingent upon a positive review by <br />the Metropolitan Council. <br />�, � BY MOTION, approve the FINAL PLAT and PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT, for Lots 1 and 2, Block l, Greenhouse Village, creating a senior <br />cooperative lot and lot set-aside for 7 town homes with a common lot, and including new <br />utility easements, and perpetual joint access and cross parking easements. <br />� a ADOPT an ORDINANCE REZONING the property from B-2 Retail Business District <br />to Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning of R-3, General Residence <br />District for Lot 1, Greenhouse Village (cooperative) and from B-2, Retail Business <br />District and R-1, Single Family Residence District to R-6, Townhouse District for Lot 2, <br />Greenhouse Village (town homes), as per the attached final plat. <br />�' BY MOTION, approve the FINAL DEVELOPMENT SITE PLAN and DRAFT <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT for a 5-1 /2 acre miYed residential <br />planned unit development consisting of a 102 unit, 3 story senior cooperative and 7 town <br />homes (row home design) up to 3 stories, subj ect to City Attorney review for form and <br />content and City Manager approval.
