EXTRACT OF NIIN-UTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 3151 day of January, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing and the following were absent: none Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM "B", BUSINESS TO "HR" HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTLAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1021 & 1017 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF3548). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on May 5,2004, pertaining to the request they received from Greenhouse Village Properties LLC for a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment on property commonly known as Leben's Greenhouse; and WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map designation change from 'B" (Business) to " H R(High Density Residential); and WHEREAS, said properties are addressed at 1017 and 1021 Larpenteur Avenue and legally described as: Parcel l: Lot l, Rosecrest Villas, Ramsey County, Minnesota 1017 Larpenteur Avenue — PTD# 14-29-23-33-0042 Parcel2: The East ll3 of the South ll2 of the West 314 of the Southwest ll4 of the Southwest ll4 of Section 14, Range 29, Township 23 1021 Larpenteur Avenue — P�D# 14-29-23-33-41 WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended approval (6-0) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, indicating support for the residential development; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of May 24,2004, was presented with the proj ect report from the Community Development Staff regarding the subj ect request; and
