EXTRACT OF NIIN-UTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 3151 day of January, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM "B", BUSINESS <br />TO "HR" HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTLAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1021 & 1017 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF3548). <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on May 5,2004, <br />pertaining to the request they received from Greenhouse Village Properties LLC for a <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment on property commonly known as Leben's <br />Greenhouse; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from 'B" (Business) to " H R(High Density Residential); and <br />WHEREAS, said properties are addressed at 1017 and 1021 Larpenteur Avenue and <br />legally described as: <br />Parcel l: Lot l, Rosecrest Villas, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />1017 Larpenteur Avenue — PTD# 14-29-23-33-0042 <br />Parcel2: The East ll3 of the South ll2 of the West 314 of the Southwest ll4 of the <br />Southwest ll4 of Section 14, Range 29, Township 23 <br />1021 Larpenteur Avenue — P�D# 14-29-23-33-41 <br />WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission <br />recommended approval (6-0) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, indicating <br />support for the residential development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of May 24,2004, was presented <br />with the proj ect report from the Community Development Staff regarding the subj ect request; <br />and <br />
