NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council hereby approve the <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from " B(Business) and " L D(Low Density <br />Residential) to " H R(High Density Residential) for property located at 1017 and 1021 <br />Larpenteur Avenue legally described above), subj ect to the following conditions: <br />a The review and comments of the Metropolitan Council. <br />b. Passage and publication of an ordinance properly and consistently rezoning of the <br />subj ect parcel. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member <br />_ and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
