The MDA approves the actions taken on this case file for the above <br />referenced site and no further site investigation or clean-up action will be required of you at this <br />time. <br />This conclusion is based solely on the information provided by you and contained in the <br />following documents (Site Documents): <br />1. Phase 1 EnvironmentalSite Assessment, Commercial Property Site, 1021 Larpenteur <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, prepared for Mr. Michael Theis, Greenhouse Village <br />Properties, LLC, Glaser Financial Group and Premier Bank by Summit Envirosolutions, <br />Inc. dated April 7, 2004. <br />2. Phase ll Environmental Site Assessment, Commercial Property Site, 1021 Larpenteur <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, prepared for Mr. Michael Theis, Greenhouse Village <br />Properties, LLC, Glaser Financial Group and Premier Bank by Summit Envirosolutions, <br />Inc. dated April 19, 2004. <br />3. Analytical Results, Former Lebens Flowers Property, 1021 LarpenteurAvenue, Roseville; <br />Minnesota, prepared by Summit Envirosolutions, Inc. dated September7, 2003. <br />4. Agricultural Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup (AgVIC) Application prepared by <br />Summit Envirosolutions, Inc. dated September 27, 2004. <br />Site Documents indicate the 4.6 acre Site was formerly used for greenhouse operations <br />beginning in the 1950s and is currently being razed and redeveloped as residential, including <br />cooperative housing. The property is generally set within a primarily commercial and residential <br />area. A strip mall is located to the west of the Site, residences and a cemetery are located to <br />the east. A residential area is present north and south of the subject site. <br />Site documents describe a limited investigation to determine if soils at the site were <br />contaminated with hazardous substances and pollutants, including pesticides and fertilizers <br />(agricultural chemicals). The limited investigation was restricted to an area at the Site most <br />commonly used for mixing pesticides. No MDA List 1 or MDA List 3 pesticides were detected <br />above laboratory reporting limits.
