�' . . - 'rvr�'��a� <br />DRAFT <br />CITY of ROSEVir", i.F <br />PLANNED LTNIT DEUELOPMENT AGREEMENT # <br />This PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, datedJanuary 31, 2005, is <br />entered into between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal corporation, of 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113 ("CTTY") and Greenhouse Village Properties, LI.0 <br />a Minnesota limited liability company, 8031 � Street Way North, Oakdale, Minnesota, <br />55128 ("DEVELOPER"). For reference, the City of Roseville proj ect file is: PF3548. <br />1.0 EFFECTIVE DATE of AGREEMENT: <br />This agreement shall be effective upon completion of all of the following: <br />[. L Passage and recording of Greenhouse Village (subdivision plat of property for <br />proj ect). <br />L.� Passage and publication of Ordinance # rezoning of property to PUD with <br />underlying zoning of Townhouse (R-6) District and General Residence (R-3) <br />District. <br />I_.� Publication of the ordinance in the Roseville Review, the CITY's official <br />newspaper. <br />l_� Execution of this agreement by the CITY and the DEVELOPER. <br />l_� Recording of the Greenhouse Village Plat, Public Improvements Contract, and <br />any City approved public easements, and this agreement with Ramsey County <br />Recorder. <br />2.0 REQUEST for PUD APPROVAL: <br />The DEVELOPER has requested that the CITY approve a Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) (PF#3548) that redevelops one parcel into 1- 102 unit Senior Cooperative <br />Housing Building and 7 town homes on a 5-1/5 acres currently addressed as 1017 and <br />1021 Larpenteur Avenue. <br />The legal description for this development is: <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block l, Greenhouse Village <br />
