.� - � ; ,•�� <br />� <br />9.19 Trash Handling. The cooperative structure shall house its trash and recyclables within <br />the structure. Townhomes shall adhere to individual unit city trash placement and <br />screening regulations with Section 1010.1 l. On all lots, trash and recycling collection <br />activities shall be restrictedto 7:00 a.m. to 6:OQ p.m. Monday through Saturday. <br />9.20 Construction Management Plan. The DEVELOPER shall prepare a plan (Exhibit K), <br />which directs construction vehicles, equipment, and materials entering or parking on or <br />near the site to utilize roads and easements and existing parking lots only as approved by <br />the city public works director. The DEVELOPER shall make every effort to direct all <br />construction parking to paved parking lots on site and/or off site and discourage street <br />parking by construction workers and equipment. The DEVELOPER shall make every <br />effort to direct such traffic to entry points adjacent to Larpenteur Avenue and limit the use <br />of Dionne Street. The Plan must also include the management of construction material <br />delivery, delivery times and material storage location. The DEVELOPER, in <br />coordination with the Building Official, shall post signage at each entry which displays <br />permitted hours of construction and deliveries consistent with Exhibit K. <br />9.21 Off-Street Parl�ing. Off-street parking areas shall be improved as shown on the <br />approved site development plan (Exhibit B), and shall include hard surfacing <br />(bituminous), concrete perimeter curbing, and a drainage plan. The cooperative senior <br />housing development is responsible for and shall have a minimum of 30 exterior on-site <br />parking stalls and a minimum of 1 underground parking stall per unit. The town home <br />development is responsible for two enclosed parking stall per unit and two exterior <br />(driveway) parking spaces. In addition visitor parking shall be accommodated from 10 <br />shared parking stalls directly northwest of town home "Building B" through a shared <br />parking easemendagreement provided by the DEVELOPER. No semi tractor/ trailer, <br />recreationalvehicle, or trailerparking (daytime or evening) shall be allowed on the site, <br />except while delivering materials. <br />9.22 Signage. Sig�age for development shall be consistent with Section 1009 of the Roseville <br />City Code, except that prior to the issuance of any sign permits, a sign plan shall be <br />provided to the Community Development Director for review and approval. <br />9.23 Lighting. Parking lot and site lights shall be of a decorative style. Lighting shall be <br />consistent throughout the development and meet the lighting requirements of Section <br />1010.12 of the City Code. <br />9.24 Anticipated Development Schedule. The City is in receipt of the Developer's <br />anticipated schedule for site work, structure construction, and tenant space occupation. <br />9.25 Master Easements Document. All easement documents to be recorded for the purpose <br />of access, parking and/or utilities must be included on the easement plan (Exhibit ) <br />and be approved by the Public Works Director. <br />�� <br />
