EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 31 st day of January, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, and the following were absent: None Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF THE DATA LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR �l� DATA WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN SAID RENEWAL ON BEHALF OF THE CITY FOR 2005 WHEREAS, the City of Rosevilleutilizes �'rIS metro-wideparcel level data for purposes of city comparisons and analysis, and WHEREAS, City uses such data for comparative studies with other first ring suburbs on issues such as housing supply, valuation, land use, and demographics, and WHEREAS, the City has an existing agreement with Hennepin County for use of its parcel-level data through the Electronic Proprietary Database License Agreement (EPDB), approved on September 22,2003 which was extended for the year 2004 and requests an extension of said Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Rosevillehereby requests an extension to said Agreement for 2005 and authorizes the City Manager to act as signatoryto extend such an agreement.
