AGREEMENT FOR <br />INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT <br />SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on , by and between the City <br />of Roseville ("City"), and North Suburban Communications Commission ("NSCC"). <br />WHEREAS, the City has periodically lent. information technology support services to <br />NSCC on selected issues that complemented the efforts of existing NSCC technical staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred in the NSCC technical staff and as a result NSCC is <br />evaluating its information technology function and how to best structure that function in <br />the foreseeable future; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and NSCC have agreed that the City will provide information <br />technology support to NSCC during the NSCC's evaluation period in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises, and the <br />performance of the conditions contained herein, the City and NSCC agree as follows: <br />The City will provide the following information technology support services: <br />. Ongoing monitoring of the I-Net <br />. Coordination of I-Net repairs and extensions <br />. Microsoft-related PC installation and support <br />. Support of the e-mail system <br />. Hardware and software purchasing evaluationitesting <br />2. The City will provide these services Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to <br />5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. City staff will be available on an on-call basis for <br />holidays, evenings and weekends for I-Net failures that result in an immediate threat to <br />the health and safety of the cities that lie within the boundaries of the NSCC. <br />3. The City will not provide the following information technology support services: <br />. On-site equipment, software and licensing <br />• Macintosh-related devices <br />• Video playback systems <br />3. NSCC will pay the City $1,500 per month <br />
