HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />THIS IS AN AGREEMENT entered into the _ day of January, 2005 by and between <br />the Housing & Redevelopment Authority in and far the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereinafter <br />referred to as the IIRA, and the City of Roseville, a governmental municipality organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the City. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the IIRA desires to contract with the City for the services an Executive <br />Director and other administrative support staff to support the undertakings of the IIRA and such <br />other responsibilities such as recording and maintaining accurate records of the meetings of the <br />IIRA and of all official actions taken by or on behalf of the IIRA. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows: <br />I. Scone of Services. The HR.A Executive Director and support staff assigned by the <br />City to the IIRA shall perform necessary and requested services relating to the actions and <br />activities of the HRA as outlined below: <br />,�. Provide day-to-daymanagement of the IIRA actions and activities; <br />1�. Oversee the planning, direction and implement HRA policies and plans; <br />�'- Manage housing programs and existing obligations including the HR.A budget; <br />L�, Prepare agenda, minutes, reports, resolutions and other support information in <br />preparation of ineetings of the HRA and attend all IIRA Board meetings; <br />E, Prepare and monitor information affecting the HR.A on the City web page; <br />E, Conduct research related to housing issues at the request of the HRA; <br />�'�. Conduct public relations activities far the housing programs and activities of the <br />I IRA; <br />}3_ Present the IIRA with an annual wark plan outlining the coming years goals and <br />desired outcomes; <br />]. Prepare quarterly report of stafftime spent on IIRA business, and <br />�. Other actions requestedby the IIRA Board. <br />II. Term. This agreement shall be effective upon the approval of the HRA Board of <br />Directors and the City Council and shall continue for one calendar year subj ect to written renewal <br />by the parties for subsequent one year terms. <br />III. Comnensation. The fees for the City services shall be paid as a transfer of funds from <br />the IIRA to the City of Roseville CommunityDevelopment Departmentprorated on a monthly <br />basis. The fee is based upon the total IIRA budget for the designated Executive Director and staff <br />
