City Council Regular Meeting — O1/31/05 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 7 <br />3.j Approve a Concept Development Plan Extension for <br />Presbyterian Homes pertaining to the Hamline <br />Shopping Center (PF 3421) <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of a 15 <br />month extension of the Preliminary Plat, Rezoning and <br />General Concept Planned Unit Development (PUD) to <br />May 1, 2006 for Presbyterian Homes and their proposal to <br />redevelop the Hamline Shopping Center into a four story, <br />93 unit senior rental complex, with up to 13,985 square <br />feet of neighborhood retail or office use, surface and <br />underground parking, and other site improvements. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder, Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.k Approve Burn Permits for Ramsey County Parks and <br />Recreation at Lake McCarron's County Park and <br />Lake Josephine County Park <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, authorization to the <br />Fire Marshal to issue burn permits to Ramsey County <br />Parks and Recreation Department, as requested in Ramsey <br />County Parks and Recreation letter of January 12, 2005, <br />and as indicated in Section 1.1 of the City staff report <br />dated January 2005; and further that said burn permits are <br />to be issued conditioned upon compliance with the <br />following stipulations: <br />a) The burn shall be conducted by acknowledged <br />experts from the Ramsey County Parks and <br />Recreation Department; and <br />b) Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Department <br />shall notify the Roseville Fire Department at least <br />two days in advance of the date and time of the <br />burn. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder, Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Concept <br />Development Plan <br />Extension for <br />Presbyterian <br />Homes pertaining <br />to the Hamline <br />Shopping Center <br />(PF 3421) <br />Burn Permits for <br />Ramsey Co Parks <br />& Recreation at <br />Lake McCarron's <br />and Lake Josephine <br />County Parks <br />3.1 Approve the Issuance of a Request for Proposals RFP's for Printing <br />(RFP's) for Printing of the WRAP of the WRAP <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, authorizing staff to <br />
