The redevelopment of the <br />Re�cvelopment Area, including the scope, nature and location of phased redevelopment, will be <br />subject to such priorities as Redeveloper and the City, in their reasonable judgment, deem consistent <br />with the Master Plan and market conditions, taking into consideration the following variables: <br />timing, geographic areas within the Redevelopment Area; the scope of necessary improvements; and <br />the type of development to take place (for example, residential or commercial). <br />(b� As a result of the phased redevelopment of the .FZedeveloptne�[ Area, the City <br />anticipates that it will enter into a Redevelopment Agreement for the Redevelopment Area with <br />Redeveloper which rnay provide for separate Redevelopment Agreements with Redeveloper for <br />certain phases of redevelopment of the Redevelopment Area. The terms and conditions of such <br />Redevelopment Agreements shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the mutual <br />agreement of Redeveloper and the City. <br />7. Redeveloper Actions.
