� Identify all real property that must be acquired to undertake and complete the Redevelopment, including preliminary appraisals and relocation costs for representative parcels in the initial phases of the Redevelopment. + In coordination with the City, prepare a prelirninary financial feasibility analysis identifying costs and sources of revenue, including tax increment and other potential sources ofpublic assistance, to determine tf�e necessary public investment in the Redevelopment, assuming the City Council shall have approved the Redevelo�n�ent Area identified for the Phase I of the Redevelopment, and the City and Redeveloper have agreed in principle on a strategy to close the gap in financing the Redevelopment. Complete or �nalize necessary feasibility, marketing and financial analyses, including the timing and phasing of the proposed Redevelopment, preliminary pro forrnas and likely revenue sources for the initial phases. - Review and comment upon the adequacy of existing ordinances, including zoning ordinances, to facilitate the Redevelopment. ■ Ascertain what approvals will be required from g�vem�nental agencies for the Redevelopment. * Investigate adequacy of utilities and sheets and identify required infrastructure changes; also review existing transportation plan to determine adequacy. • Review existing environmental reports and determine if additional environmental investigation is necessary
