REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 02/14/OS <br />ITEM NO: 3.� <br />Department Approval: City ManagerA�pioval: Agenda Section: <br />TP/DPW —��,r� � �.�' �,,��'""� CONSENT <br />Itein Description: PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL EXTENSION forJeff Brown pertaining <br />to the division of land at Uakcrest & H�in��e (PF3604). <br />L.�M BACKGROUND: <br />1_1 On November 22,2004, the Roseville City Council approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT of <br />Oal�crest Estates, a four lot single family home subdivision of the former 2550 Hamline Avenue <br />property. <br />1.i Since the November 22,2004 approval, Jeff Brown has been working with Amoco and <br />Williams Pipeline to clarify their easements that lie along a portion of the southern property <br />line. <br />L.� However, this easement clarification process has taken a little longer than first anticipated by <br />Mr. Brown. Subsequently, Mr. Brown has requested that a continuance of the November 22, <br />2004 Council approval be extended until such time as a resolution can be reached with <br />representatives of Amoco and Williams Pipeline (see attached letter). <br />2_[M SUMMARY of RECOMMENDATION: <br />�_ 1 Staff has discussed with Mr. Brown the need to depict and clarify the pipeline easements on the <br />plan and therefore support an extension to thti PRELIMINARY PLAT approval of November <br />22.2004. <br />3_CF SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />�.
