The extension is needed while we work with BP A�naca to <br />confine the easement for the gas pipeline on the property. We are unsure of the schedule <br />for the pipeline completing their work. <br />The existing easement is a blanket easement covering the entire property and we are <br />requesting that the pipeline confines their easement to cover only the pipeline and <br />adjoining land that may be needed for future operation and maintenance.
