Regular meetings of the Council shall be held at the City Ha11 on the second and �o�ufih. Mondays of each month at 6 0 0 p.m.. Appropriate notice and agenda in%rmaEio� sha11 be available to the media, posted on the City Ha11 bulletin board, on the City's WEB site and on government access cable television. Such meetings may be rescheduled from time to time by action ofthe Council, w�en �i�lidays or sche�t�ling conflicts oa�. Rule 2 Regular Work Sessions Regular Wark Sessions of the Council for the purpose of discussion of issues before the City and not for the conduct of regular business or taking of official action shall be held on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 pm. Special Work Sessions may be held at other times with appropriate notice given to the media, posted on the City Hall bulletin board and City's WEB site, and on Channel 16 on Cable TV government access cable television. Such meetings may be rescheduled from time to time by action of the Council, when holidays or scheduling conflzcts occur. r� �� 3 Special Meetings, Special Wark Sessions and Executive Sessions Special meetings for taking official action, special wark sessions for discussing issues before the City without taking official action, and executive sessions to discuss ongoing or pending litigation and other matters authorized or required by law must be called at the request of at least two (2) members of the Council ar the Mayor. The City Manager may poll Council members as to availability when regular business activities may require a Special meeting, Special Work Session orExecutive Session. The City Managerwi I I be responsible forno�fyit�g all Council members and the public ofineetings as provided below. Only those items specificallyagr�.ed upon in advance by at least 2 members of the City Council sha11 be considered. At least (3) calendar days (72 hours) advance notice must be provided to all members of the Council and the public consistent with state lawprior to the holding of said special meetings, wark sessions and executive sessions and such notice shall also be pasted on the City Hall Bulletin Board at leastthree (3) days in advance ofthe SpecialMeeting. Rule 4 Emergency Meetings Emergency meetings may be called at any time in accord with State law. Rule 5 CableBroadcast All meetings of the Council sha11 be broadcast live on government access cable'1'� barring technical difficulties where delayed broadcast may substitute.. Rebroadcasting may occur as scheduling and resources permit.
