' . �- 1� e�`�g��tir� r�� <br />� i.�'��. � t L���� �� <br />Item Description: <br />Human Rights Youth Essay Contest Winners and Honorable Mentions <br />Each year the Roseville Human Rights Commission holds an essay contest for <br />sixth, seventh and eighth grade students within Roseville Area School's <br />boundaries. This year more than 220 students from three schools entered the essay <br />contest. Commissioners conducted an anonymous review of the essays.
