At the meeting a number of area residents were present to <br />address the Commission. <br />a?.� The majority of the questions and comments centered on style and building materials, <br />density, parking, and traffic (see attached minutes). <br />�� � The City Planner and Dennis Guptil attempted to address all the questions asked to and <br />by the Commission regarding the "concept" design plan. <br />�?.� The Planning Commission voted (6-1) to recommend approval of the PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT, (7-0) to recommend approval of the REZONING, and (7-0) to recommend <br />approval of the GENERAL CONCEPT, subject to 5 conditions (as listed in Section 8.2 <br />8.6). <br />��_�i SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />]�}.
