Performing some project functions at the staging site will <br />eliminate congestion on the project site. This may result in decreased overall construction time <br />which will benefit the community and traveling public. <br />+ Quality and delivery of mixed concrete will be more consistent, resulting in a better quality <br />finished product. There is a direct correlation between concrete pavement quality and pavement <br />life. <br />� The construction process will have a minimum of disruptions f=o� the already congested and <br />clogged surrounding arteries resulting in better productivity. During the 2005 construction <br />season, County Road C will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction.
